This woman keeps going into her neighbors yard and sets the telephone company equipment on fire among other things too. The neighbor is fed up with her and threats and vandalism and this time they decided to call the police. The police arrive and put the fire out, seeing her attitude about the whole thing they decide it’s enough to arrest her, as they are arresting her she even reaches for a weapon, it gets tense when the officer threatens to put her down like a dog and she soils herself to try to avoid arrest. Were the neighbors being way too lenient with her when they waited so long to call the authorities?
