Two years later a lot in my life has changed as my ALS has progressed.
One thing, however, has not changed: I still wake up every day believing that we can win this fight against ALS. So I hope you are still hopeful too @BarackObama.

My wish is for everyone to see and humanize these women. They were working so hard to survive and provide for their families and loved ones. They were someone’s mother or aunt or daughter or niece....and loved.
