It takes years because a lot of time goes into planning and licensing. Design and engineering takes up more time too. Actually construction takes less time. If you want to move fast. You absolutely capable of doing so and slashing the time frame. While also exploring other opportunities.

On this electricity issue in Nigeria, I will be realistic again. Nigeria will not see steady power in at least 10 years. normally should be at least 15 years It is unfixable under a decade. Even Albert Einstein with the execution of Elon Musk will not do it under 10 years. Its a harsh truth Don't argue this with your emotions and ideal plans, argue with data. if you don't even know where NBET stands in the chain, you cannot make an argument here, pass. So is solar the solution for Nigeria? YES Is solar realistic for mass adoption? NO. Because of cost. The solution to this may be - The govt. removing any charge, tax, levy, etc on anything relating to panels and batteries. - Startups launching solar farms and buyback businesses - Govt. funding battery and storage research that will lead to low cost in that regard - One day national flogging of all Nepa officials with koboko and swearing for them if need be If you understand the energy industry in Nigeria, you will know that Nepa or whatever you know them as now, is not giving you steady supply for a lonnnnnnnngggg time
Moe@Mochievous

Nigeria has a lot of sunlight. You are literally burning cash if you don’t have solar set up at least as a backup system (mine is my primary sys) For my solar set up in my house, I had to grudgingly do it but once I did, my only question to myself was why i didn’t do it earlier.

I caught these kids doing this without supervision. No one was there. They are mixing the cement themselves. Someone thought them the right amount of cement and sand to use. These kids are not up to 14. It wouldn’t take decades to fix our energy issues. You do not know the kind of population we have. We only need visionary leadership.

@theAmazingKVLR @SamuelJimoh17 @Joe_brendan_ Projects of this scale require adherent professionals. You have to prep your employees if they are home groomed. That’s where transferring of knowledge comes in. Even if your experts leave ? Your population has that knowledge and can replicate.

No you just have limitations that you are projecting. China made sure all foreign companies operated with local companies, transferring knowledge. This is how it’s done. I never said 6 weeks, rather I said 6 weeks training before employment. With lots of universities, with prospects.

@graciousT2323 @SamuelJimoh17 @Joe_brendan_ China, hardly uneducated? You must be drunk. Even all their leadership, 80% are engineers. A majority bulk of their citizens studied stems one way or the other , thats why most of not all of their infra are built by their own citizens instead of importing brains

@graciousT2323 @SamuelJimoh17 @Joe_brendan_ Why can’t you make steel either? Since the government has failed for more than 60 years , why can’t you retards the private sector invest also, you’d rather build hotels and land banking

@theAmazingKVLR @SamuelJimoh17 @Joe_brendan_ Why can’t you make steel ? Is steel also rocket science? It’s cause laziness is inbuilt inside u pigs. All you guys know is siphon public funds and they defend the act. What’s so hard in manufacturing your own raw materials? What would it realistically take ? Just short up!

@graciousT2323 @SamuelJimoh17 @Joe_brendan_ Are you dumb? Do you make steel?😅 or the thousands of other inputs for the project? Even the capital would be imported . Why am I even having this conversation 😅 this conversation is beneath me tbh. Learning to build sophisticated infrastructure in 6 weeks, pathetic

@theAmazingKVLR @SamuelJimoh17 @Joe_brendan_ U are the retard pig here, no offense. You think from your ass. Even if they give u 20yrs you wouldn’t be able to fix electricity problems. It has taken your kind 65yrs. Yet nothing. Tell me how it would take another 65yrs.
