Yorkshire county qualifiers for Izzy today for freestyle swimming. She has a shot at getting in - PB 31.04 for 50m and qualifying time is 30.2. She did a 30 flat in training last week. Fingers crossed!

@theiaincameron Did you see the kelvin-helmholtz clouds over the Ochils a bit later on this evening? They were very pronounced as we drove past Craig Rossie, heading from Dunning at about 9pm.

An absolutely glorious evening at the top of Ben Cleuch. Skylarks singing and swifts darting here and there. Hardly a breath of wind, and endless views across to the Highlands and even to Edinburgh.

@spokedoke Is this defo UCI position Colin? Or just a local UCI representative/ race official making an arse of things? You never know, folk higher up at the UCI may overrule? (though this sort of common sense and good decision making isn't usually a UCI thing). Hope you're well!

So the UCI fined Bernard for this…. People who don’t watch much cycling, see this & watch cycling, but the UCI want to punish people. It’s a commercial sport, look at the adverts, sponsors love this, it’ll be a poster on a Lidl wall soon.

So, a wee bit of help please, 1&2 Heath Fragrant, 3 Northern Marsh, 4 is either a poor image of Northern Marsh or an Early Marsh? 🙏
