@McDonaldsUK McDonald’s Customer Service-Your standard response to my parking fine is unacceptable. 2 hours is not ‘unreasonably prolonged usage of the facility’. Surely the McDonald’s strategic goal of serving our communities can’t include fining customers for a 2 hour visit?

@McDonaldsUK I met a colleague in your restaurant - Moor Farm, NE23. We had something to eat and several coffee’s over 2 hours. I’ve today received a parking fine of £50 as our stay was over 1hr 30mins. Are you comfortable with this treatment of your customers?
