@pornlaw @HeathrowAirport To explain, I stayed the night at the Terminal 4 Hilton so I could meet friends for dinner. They nabbed me when I had to transfer terminals the next morning. It’s been several years since I flew through there, so I’ll have to do my homework if and when I ever go there again.

I highly recommend avoiding @HeathrowAirport if at all possible… this has to be one of the worst airports in the world. It’s been over a decade since I flew through here and I thought they would have improved… but it’s only gotten worse.

Left my iPad on a flight 2 weeks ago. Find My shows it still in Heathrow Terminal 2, stationary. I’ve contacted both the airline and the airport, but the case falls between systems. Any chance @HeathrowAirport or @TAP_Portugal can help connect me to the right team?

@HeathrowAirport OMG what a shambles your baggage handlers are! Total embarrassment when tourists are left waiting over 30 minutes + for bags! I’m not a tourist just ashamed a frustrated passenger again!!
