Our Cruise Ship and the Service Desks at the airport are all dealing primarily with Air Canada issues. Time to switch to another airline and another airport (not Toronto) for our future travel.

Air Canada and the Toronto Airport Authority are embarrassing Canada. We are trying to return home from Europe. On our departure major delays and lost luggage for six days (priority tags mean nothing). Delayed again on the way home so will not make another connection.
