A new product from IST Italy, effectively a mini colour sorter. Why do you need one? As a standalone,testing your grain, impurities, cracked grain, admix and at the end give you a written/electronic record. Or quality checking your colour sorter and maximising it’s output.

This is different..using 2 Colour Sorter RGB cameras this will test for cracked grain, admix, impurities & give a printed or electronic report for each sample. Test coming in to store or confirm your colour sorter is spot on. I will have a demo unit to show off shortly.

Claire Perry and myself on site yesterday waiting for a prospective customers arrival to show them what Perry Engineering can do. Standing in front of a brand new Savanna S614 drier. 62 T/hr in feed wheat linked to 120 T/hr handling & 40 T/hr IST infinity 8 colour sorter.

We’ve all been waiting patiently, the Swallows are back. 2 first thing this morning now up to 6.

IST 2000 working in 🇬🇧, this 8 channel machine is cleaning ergot from wheat. IST colour sorters are available in 1-8 channel format, their high resolution cameras, high performance computers & AI can achieve 4-6t/hr per channel in pre-cleaned wheat contamination dependant.
