पेट्रोल और डीज़ल के दाम ₹2 रुपये कम करके देश के यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी ने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया कि करोड़ों भारतीयों के अपने परिवार का हित और सुविधा सदैव उनका लक्ष्य है। वसुधा का नेता कौन हुआ? भूखण्ड-विजेता कौन हुआ? अतुलित यश क्रेता कौन हुआ? नव-धर्म प्रणेता कौन हुआ? जिसने न कभी आराम किया, विघ्नों में रहकर नाम किया। महाकवि रामधारी सिंह दिनकर जी द्वारा लिखी कविता की ये पंक्तियाँ अपने परिवार के प्रति प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती हैं। जब विश्व मुश्किल दौर से गुज़र रहा था - विकसित और विकासशील देशों में पेट्रोल के दामों में 50-72 प्रतिशत तक की बढ़ोत्तरी हुयी और हमारे आसपास के कई देशों में तो पेट्रोल मिलना ही बंद हो गया तब भी, 1973 के बाद आये पचास साल के सबसे बड़े तेल संकट के बावजूद, मोदी जी के दूरदर्शी और सहज नेतृत्व के कारण मोदी के परिवार पर आंच नहीं आयी। भारत में पेट्रोल के दाम बढ़ने के बजाय पिछले ढ़ाई बर्षों में 4.65 प्रतिशत कम हुए! भारत में ईंधन की सप्लाई निरंतर बनी रही, सस्ते दामों पर बनी रही और हमारे क़दम निरंतर हरित ऊर्जा की ओर भी बढ़ते रहे।यानि भारत ने Energy Availability, Affordability और Sustainability को बरक़रार रखा। भारत इकलौता ऐसा देश था जहाँ पेट्रोल और डीज़ल के दाम बढ़े नहीं, बल्कि कम हुए। हमने जहाँ से हुआ अपने देशवासियों के लिए तेल खरीदा। मोदी जी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के पहले हम 27 देशों से कच्चा तेल खरीदते थे, लेकिन उनके नेतृत्व में अपने देशवासियों को सस्ता पेट्रोल, डीज़ल और गैस पहुंचाने के लिए इस दायरे को बढ़ाया और अब हम 39 देशों से मोदी के परिवार की ज़रूरतें पूरी करने के लिए कच्चा तेल खरीदते हैं। तब का तब था लेकिन आज भी कई देशों की तुलना में भारत में पेट्रोल के दाम देखिये! 14 मार्च 2024 को रुपये के आधार पे भारत में पेट्रोल औसतन ₹94 प्रति लीटर है लेकिन इटली में ₹168.01- यानी 79% अधिक; फ्रांस में ₹166.87 यानी 78% अधिक; जर्मनी में ₹159.57 यानी 70% अधिक और स्पेन में ₹145.13 यानी 54% अधिक! और ऐसे ही डीज़ल के दामों की तुलना कीजिये तो यदि भारत की औसत ₹87 प्रति लीटर है तो इटली में ₹163.21 यानी 88% अधिक; फ्रांस में ₹161.57 यानी 86% अधिक; जर्मनी में ₹155.68 यानी 79% अधिक और स्पेन में ₹138.07 यानी 59% अधिक! दुनिया भर में चाहे कुछ भी हो रहा हो मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में हमारा पूरा प्रयास रहा की देश के हर कोने में और हर नागरिक तक ईंधन की सप्लाई बनी रहे - हर चूल्हा जलता रहे, हर गाड़ी चलती रहे, प्रगति की गति में ना कभी कमी आये और ना कोई रुकावट।आज भी हालंकि लाल सागर में संकट बना ही हुआ है, परन्तु जैसे ही कच्चे तेल के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दामों में कुछ राहत हुयी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने तुरंत पेट्रोल और डीज़ल के दाम कम करके अपने परिवार को एक और उपहार दिया। इतना ही नहीं, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने दो अवसरों पर नवंबर 2021 और मई 2022 में पेट्रोल और डीज़ल पर सेन्ट्रल एक्साइज़ कम किया और ये सुनिश्चित किया कि BJP शासित राज्य VAT की दर कम करके ये राहत सीधा मोदी के परिवार को पहुंचाएं। यही कारण है कि आज भी BJP शासित और अन्य राज्यों के बीच पेट्रोल के दामों में लगभग ₹15 रुपये और डीज़ल के दामों में लगभग ₹11 रुपये तक का अंतर है। पहले दो बार में एक्साइज़ घटाकर पेट्रोल के दाम ₹13 रुपये प्रति लीटर कम हुए थे और डीज़ल ₹15 प्रति लीटर। आज की कटौती के बाद नवंबर 2022 से लेकर अब तक पेट्रोल दाम में हुई कुल ₹15 रुपये की कमी और डीज़ल के दाम में कुल ₹17 रुपये की कमी। जब हमने अपनी उज्ज्वला परिवार की बहनों के लिए सिलिंडर के दाम घटाकर ₹503 रुपये किया तब भी कुछ पार्टियों ने इस क़दम की निंदा करी लेकिन फिर भी अपने शासित राज्यों में VAT कम नहीं किया। बात बात पर मोदी जी की, और विदेश जाकर भारत की निंदा करने वाले और ग़रीबों के हित का झूठा दिखावा करने वाले जो अब भी पेट्रोल ₹15 रूपये मंहगा बेच रहे हैं उन्हें अपना सिर शर्म से झुका लेने चाहिए। #ModiKaParivar @PIB_India
