If you define it as "capital" then the Swedish people own the majority of the means of production through the State, as the Norwegian government controls about 2/3 of the total national wealth.

@SlumberCrown Liberal or conservative doesn't necessarily mean racist. West Virginians are very reactionary and traditionalist, but they typically aren't racist. Someone in central Alabama is far more likely to harbor racism than someone in eastern Tennessee or West Virginia.
