@Benoit_Boure Yes! We're releasing new plans in around 2 weeks with Neo4j 4 support. Please reach out to support from our admin console if you want to get access to a preview version in the meantime.

@GrapheneDB I'm seeing certificate errors from my Heroku app to your database. I've tried restarting both the database and the Heroku dynos. I've filed an issue with Heroku support. Is there any way you can take a look at this soon? My site is down.

@babacarcissedia Sure thing! Just a simple request every 10min or a ping to the http endpoint for instance should prevent from going into sleep mode. Please open a support ticket if you want us to look specifically into your database.

@GrapheneDB yes please. I was using graphene on heroku but I was getting a lot of timeout error. Any ideas on how I can avoid that ?

What would you recommend for hosting on production using @neo4j for an e-commerce application except Aura ?
