@gravityfb1 you see the “ragebaiting” part if one doesn’t have patience, then that’s the end for them even before the beginning 😂

community management is not all about banning spammers or saying “gm” in the community. and that’s the reason you’re not getting hired. projects aren’t paying 3-4 figures for a vibe checker. they’re hiring strategists. here are seven skills you actually need to master for a top tier web3 community manager position, listed from bottom to top 7. bot management knowing how to set up bots like mee6, collab land, and telegram bots. this isn’t a skill-this is the entry ticket. if you don’t know this, don’t even apply. 6. meme creation yeah, it’s important for the culture. it shows you’re “one of them.” but every other applicant can do this. this will never be the reason you get the gig. 5. hosting events can you command the stage? can you run a twitter space, discord ama, or telegram ama without it becoming a total train wreck? this is the visible part of the job, and you have to be a professional host. 4. content creation real content creation. i’m not talking about announcements. i’m talking about writing an educational thread that explains a complex part of the protocol, a blog post, or a real newsletter. this is where you prove you can educate your crypto community not just babysit it. 3. crisis management let’s say the token dumps by 50%. the discord is full of fud fear, uncertainty, and doubt. what do you do? a real community manager controls the narrative, calms the panic, and delivers clear information. amateurs panic. pros get paid. 2. deep product knowledge this is the one that separates the kids from the adults. if someone asks a hard question about the tokenomics, roadmap, or a new feature, you shouldn’t say: “let me ask the team.” you are the team. you must be an expert. 1. sentiment analysis the number one skill for any high paid web3 community manager is being a sentiment analyst. your real job isn’t talking to the community. it’s listening to them. finding the signal in the noise. giving a brutal and honest report to the founders every single week. you are the project’s early warning system. you are the head of user research. and this is the six figure skill. but here’s the secret: having these skills is useless if you cannot prove it. founders don’t care about your resume. they care about your proof of work!!!

You may not know this but your wallet activities say a lot about you. The NFTs you hold, blockchains you explore, the apps you interact with and use onchain. All leave a mark. @heyaura sees that mark as your identity through the eligible community badge: > tracks onchain activities > collects data on which communities you actually support > spans multiple ecosystems With $500m+ analyzed and 17k+ monthly users The adoption has begun. And your mark is already being signed onchain. Check your eligiblity⇣
