Crazy that people are able to abuse the Stream Together feature by "Streaming Together" while not even hanging out or playing the same game with one another. Just abusing the system as a legal view bot. The Stream Together feature is sick when it's not used in an exploitive way. Very shameless.

God forbid smaller streamers get exposure. Seeing huge streamers have a meltdown about having to share the top of the section with other "less deserving" streamers blows my mind. Half of you wouldn't exist if you didn't leech from soda, asmon and other OGs, you hypocrites stfu

It would be networking if they were interacting with one another in some capacity. They are simply just pressing a button and merging view counts with zero interaction. I'm baffled you are too stupid to understand the difference here. It makes me genuinely think you do not know what is being discussed.

@Graycen I will only agree that it's a problem from UI standpoint, creating clutter in the sections but not from a moral or business side of things. It's just networking in 2026, just takes less effort than 10 years ago.

Are you dense on purpose? This whole thing is me talking about people who are using the "Stream Together" feature and not even playing the same game, in voice, or interacting with one another and just merging view counts. Do you understand that? I am not talking about people who are actually doing content together and using the feature.

@Graycen you exist because you were presented with an opportunity, took it and made yourself successful. If they have what it takes, they will stay relevant, if they don't, they will disappear. This is a non issue unless you feel your ego hurt by someone with 26 viewrs being above you

It also shouldn’t have to turn into a thing of “Oh this person was streaming together with this person and they weren’t even in a call or doing things together for these 5 minutes” just makes witch hunts. Just wish people who are twitch partners would have a little more respect for the platform and other creators.

I do think most people agree with my take. It should be twitch enforcing how it’s being used. I just also can’t help but see the only way them fixing it without ruining the feature all together is by punishing people who are taking advantage of it. It’s very obvious that it’s not intended to be used when people are not making any content together.
