GrayHouse surveyed 550 likely general election voters in Arkansas from February 7 to 9, 2026 (MoE +/-4.2%), and the results are clear: Senator Tom Cotton is in a commanding position to win reelection, and Hallie Shoffner is badly out of step with Arkansas voters.

New GrayHouse polling shows voters side with the Senate GOP's approach to the ACA subsidies. Of six policy options tested: - Redirecting subsidies from insurance companies into HSAs that consumers control was most popular: 60% support / 22% oppose (+39 net). - The Democrats' 3-year clean extension was the least popular and failed to reach majority support at just 49% support.
