@ImBored_128 @Austin_Vols Game spread of 1.0 between the 2. They’re 1a and 1b. You got shut pumped by the team we just smashed. Not much room to talk my friend

@JRHoops7 Just say you don’t know ball. Arguably his two best defenders are hurt. Not to mention they’re playing the best team in the nation 😭

Arkansas’s lack of defense for the amount of athleticism they have is why I don’t believe Calipari is a great coach Insanely good recruiter but his defense is always straight cheese 🧀

@therandomsec @JRHoops7 I mean….its a fair point. His teams always seem to having glaringly obvious gaps between offensive and defensive prowess 5th in offensive efficiency 53rd in defensive efficiency For the sheer amount of freak athletes on this team you’d expect better

First spring break since I can remember with no travel or hosting. Just the daily routine (high step count, daily exercise, consistent sleep/wake schedule) and plenty of family time = nice bump in HRV.

I committed to eating better and exercising at the start of the year. No alcohol, drastically cut down on fast food, and do my best to get more protein (gave up trying to track nutrition) My cholesterol is high and I felt like I was at a crucial point of starting to gain weight and become more unhealthy if I didn’t turn things around. I’m 37 and was probably only averaging 15 minutes of rigorous activity a week for the past couple of years. Not proud of that as a sports medicine doctor telling people to exercise. I got some heart issues (pericarditis) better managed and am feeling great! Anyways - 3 months in and the consistency is paying off! Down around 8-10 pounds, easily hitting 150minutes a week of exercise, and am losing food cravings. Supplementing with fish oil, vit D/k, creating, red yeast rice, theanine/mg at night. My workouts are 12/3/30 treadmill sessions

@graymatterhaver @VandyMBB Bums always have one random game that carries them through the whole year 😂. He genuinely looked like he cared more in the SEC tournament than he did tonight.

@SoxLockIn @VandyMBB I’m a Vols fan and he absolutely torched us in the SEC tournament. I’m talking like didn’t miss and dropped something retarded like 28. And then goes 1/8 from 3 in the game that matters

@VandyMBB Chandler bing has to be the lowest iq player on the court at all times. Great hustle but literally the least skilled player I’ve ever seen. Duke miles has no business getting a touch every single possession if he played even close to decently that game wouldn’t have been close.
