exactly exactly the waist doesn't shrink, it's all ratio and illusion, wider shoulders/bigger side delts make the waist look smaller by comparison. if ur spamming them alongside your regular program, youll also obviously lose body fat--you probs know you can't spot reduce fat but even a tiny v taper can make the waist look slimmer

@KaiXueTingShuo @grayyyyyyson It’s technically better to do them sitting down because it takes swinging/your lower body compensating out of consideration. They’re even way better done on the cable machines
