Just updated Bubo and Netfugl. Next WP location for me will be 10 days in Morocco, I’ve got 10 days of holiday remaining this year, but I normally transfer 5 days to the following year and use 5 days in Britain chasing Sussex, Southeast, (England)& B&I ticks. Morocco ‘27 then

50 years ago today I found a Killdeer at East Boldon, Tyne and Wear. I know a lot of people who saw this bird have passed away and I wonder how many are still around. Perhaps someone even has a photo?

White-tailed Eagle from Hart Village this afternoon. Although we hoped to connect with it heading south we didn’t actually expect it to happen! Incredible views as it flew over! A presumed wild bird I believe, seen previously in Yorkshire and Northumberland. @teesbirds1

I've had a relapse of my long standing illness. Been in hospital 9 days so far & over the worst although it was another near miss. Told its going to be a very long & slow recovery this time so might not be out & about for some time. Cheers everyone

Off to a good start on my birding trip in Guyana 🇬🇾 with 116 species seen on the first full day around Georgetown including this beautiful Scarlet Ibis .

One of the main target birds to see in India at the Corbett NP area is the Ibisbill by the Kosi River so to get such brilliant views of two of them was fantastic !! 🇮🇳
