El beso en Times Square (1945), La niña del napalm (1972) o El hombre frente a los tanques de Tiananmén (1989) son fotografías que han sido capaces de enmarcar épocas, imágenes que valen literalmente más que mil palabras y que concentran en su lenguaje no visual emociones, historias y mensajes universales que apenas necesitan más explicación y que, incluso, trascienden sus coordenadas temporales para representar aspectos inamovibles de la condición humana: la pasión, el miedo, la valentía... Estas fotografías han inspirado a generaciones y han trascendido su momento puntual, su condición de "instantáneas", para adquirir la eternidad de las obras de arte. Y es así por su capacidad de transformar al espectador independientemente de su lugar y de su tiempo, de su identidad y de su cultura. Su carácter pedagógico perdura porque conectan con lo más universal y, a la vez, con lo más íntimo del ser humano. Pilar Vallugera es una diputada de ERC de 58 años famosa por su arranque fácil y sus modos asalvajados y primitivos. Hace apenas unos meses fue denunciada por algunas compañeras suyas ante instancias superiores de su partido por continuas faltas de respeto y menosprecios. Aunque Vallugera negó las acusaciones, el líder de ERC, Oriol Junqueras, le abrió un expediente interno y pidió disculpas públicas por los intolerables modos de la política. Durante la reciente investigación de la "Operación Cataluña" tuvo también Vallugera un enfrentamiento con el ex ministro de Economía del PP, Cristóbal Montoro. El origen de este enfrentamiento fue que el popular consideró oportuno llamar "señora" a Vallugera, a lo que Pilar contestó, airadamente, que "o diputada, pero no me llame señora". Referirse a Vallugera como "señora" estuvo y está, sin duda, fuera de lugar, y la imagen que ayer apareció de la política independentista despatarrada y con el pie subido a la mesa del escaño da buena fe de ello. La fotografía tiene, además, el añadido morboso de que el lugar que ocupa Vallugera pertenece, en realidad, a José Luis Ábalos, el diputado al que, tras los últimos episodios del pornodrama del partido socialista, tampoco cabría catalogar como "señor". La zafiedad de Vallugera en el Congreso de los Diputados, igual que la pasión del soldado de Times Square, el miedo de la niña vietnamita o la valentía del hombre frente al tanque del régimen comunista nos interpelan como especie, mostrándonos tal y como somos o podemos llegar a ser. La miseria del momento político que vive la sociedad española tiene ya su símbolo en ese gesto grosero e inmoral de quien, a su pesar y, sobre todo, al nuestro, nos representa a todos los españoles en el Parlamento, nada menos que en la sede de la soberanía nacional. ¿Señora?
