I’m so sick of seeing posts on FB complaining about the cost of childcare. I get it, things are hard. But so is looking after children for 8+ hours a day. Stop undervaluing the people who look after you’re children! /endrant (file under: things I can’t post on Insta)

I was born at 9am on the dot. Every year my mother refuses to acknowledge my birthday until after 9am. Every year it still makes me laugh.

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good lightening storm. Driving in it, not so much.

Hi @nzpolice my child just witnessed a heated argument at Thorndon New World over mask refusal and then was yelled at by protesters as she was walking back to school. She has phoned home saying she is scared. This has gone on too long. Please take some action to end this.
