Having said that, the City lost a very talented Police Chief who fled to Florida, accepting less money due to community issues. City leadership needs to wrestle with how to fix that

CJ Carr demonstrated A+ quarterbacking during Notre Dame's scrimmage today. Worked the whole field. Often found his third or fourth reads for productive gains. Made plays with pressure in his face. Accurate to all levels of the field. I've only been around for a few years, but I've never seen a Notre Dame quarterback command an offense in practice like Carr did today.
