Some friends of mine managed to fundraise a used Ford 4x4 for Wild Division. They already have the vehicle, and a volunteer driver. We're just trying to get another ~500€ to pay for the ferry and gas to Eastern Ukraine. You can fund your Ark wallet with either lightning or on-chain funds. I'm in control of that wallet, and I'll forward the funds to the people who need it. Civilian 4x4's are used by all the front line units. Unfortunately, due to funding constraints, there's nowhere near enough proper armored vehicles. So most of the smaller vehicles used for transportation tasks are unarmored civilian vehicles, painted with camo. It's frankly totally nuts that full scale warfare is being done this way... But Ukrainians have to make do. I've done a bunch of economic transactions with Ark myself, and haven't managed to lose any money yet. It's an interesting alternative to Lightning; most of my L2 paper last year was about Ark: petertodd.org/2024/covenant-… This will probably be the first fundraiser anyone has ever done with Ark! If we get more than needed for this task, I'll find more uses for it – they certainly can use more vehicles for example.

@acevail_ All transactions that occur on the internal exchange should be returned automatically. It's likely that the service went to sleep while I was on vacation. XCH is the last thing I'd steal, even if I were capable of it.
