If you’re being told that @tiktok_us cares about US small businesses, don’t be fooled!

Have been seeing lots of @tiktok_us ads promoting their commitment to small businesses. This couldn’t be further from the case for mine. We’ve been locked out of our account for over 66 days for a technical error. In that time, we haven’t been able to communicate with any of our customers or creators - many of whom send us DMs.

I’ve been completely ghosted on 8 different @tiktok_us customer support inquiries. Absolutely no interest in helping our small team at @GetRemento. Frankly I’ve never felt more like I was communicating with someone on the other side of the world- and many of our customers actually are! @SenateDems @SenateGOP @US_HouseOfReps
