@virginmedia Thank you. I’ve spoken with 150 again, password reset still not working. They’ve promised to review and call back by 5pm. Meanwhile a day without access to emails running a small business. Not great.

@greenthomasmade Thanks for your reply, that would be because sometimes the password rest will bring it back online also because the screenshot shows it to be password related. ^CC

Hello again @virginmedia I still have no access to emails with my .ntlworld.com account. I’ve tried the fixes suggested. Who can I speak to to resolve. I don’t want to read forums…

@virginmedia Tried all that. Is there an issue with virgin / ntl email? On to customer service right now and they are suggesting for the third time to reset password…it’s a fault with virgin media not your customer.

Hello @virginmedia any update on why emails not working and when they will be back? Seems a lots of issues from a lot of people today. It would be handy if your website had updates. I’ve updated my password as requested after speaking to your team and it’s still not working??

@virginmedia I’ve called 150 and they said just to wait for it to return? Without any timeframe as to how long? I’ll try the forum…

@virginmedia That hasn’t helped. Forum just full of people with same issue and fixes aren’t working. What else can be done?
