@virginmedia It is a Virgin Media service. Check my twitter feed. I keep my account active so these discussions can be made public, I wouldn’t have a Twitter account else. Unfortunately we are stuck with you, but hopefully others will be deterred!

@virginmedia Don’t lie. We phoned you twice to get a new deal. Exact words..we don’t reward loyalty!! We had to leave and set my wife up as a “new customer”. Surely it would have been easier to keep all services in my name, let us use the same equipment and keep a customer happy?
The Exeter Green Circle has been really neglected with missing, covered and damaged signs. Luckily we have funded new signs and made the route easy to follow again. @ExeterCouncil we’re happy to keep up the route maintenance if you can’t. #exeter#exetergreencircle

@virginmedia Thanks for the emotional rollercoaster over the past 12 years, but it tome to say goodbye. Your exclusive deal of £12pm more than we’re paying for the same service wasn’t quite what we were expecting for our loyalty.

@greg84mimms Sorry you feel that way, we do look after both new and existing customers. The new customer offers will be for new customers only but we do nothing different from other media providers.
