@cup_spit @zquill26 @WVUniforms304 He also played a very weak non conference schedule. Mazey’s teams win 30+ games and go to the tournament, Van Zants win 30+ and weren’t even considered.

@cup_spit @DrLoafCFB @WVUniforms304 Mostly the V. When Ramsburg and Harrick were coaching they couldn’t get the V done correctly on the hat for some reason. I remember having the conversation with someone at WVU years ago about it, late 90’s or early 2000’s.

If I'm the MEC, who likely needs to replace 2 football programs, I'm calling the following schools: DII Bluefield State Salem Bowie State DIII Bethany Marietta Shenandoah All schools would either be in WV, close to WV, or have solid recruiting connections to WV.
