@philsturgeon Just wanted to ask if that was an area of the book or if the book was strictly about API design.

@philsturgeon An example using laravel: bit.ly/1ctped5, the /auth/csrf_token is called once in a SPA and there is a filter to check.

@philsturgeon I guess the wording was terrible, and more specifically relates to having a separate web based JS frontend away from the API.
