Most people watch price. Smart money watches the MVRV Z-Score. Here’s what it measures: Market Cap = what Bitcoin is worth right now Realized Cap = what everyone actually paid for their BTC The Z-Score shows how stretched that gap is. When it’s deep red (above 7): market is overheated. People are sitting on huge unrealized gains. Historically = top zone. When it’s green (near 0 or below): the opposite. Price is at or below what people paid. Capitulation. Historically = bottom zone. It’s not perfect. But it’s the cleanest signal we have for “are we greedy or are we in pain?” Save this. You’ll want it next cycle.

Cash isn't a bad position. It's your weapon. A 10–15% T-bill allocation isn't idle money. It's the ability to deploy into a 40% drawdown while everyone else is frozen. Most people optimize for returns in normal markets. The real edge is being ready when markets aren't normal.

The next decade won't reward financial assets the way the last one did. Dollar debasement is slow but structural. Inflation floors higher than 2010s norms. What wins: real estate, commodities, pricing-power businesses, energy infrastructure. What bleeds: long-duration bonds, speculative growth, passive everything.

Most people wait until the crash to start paying attention. The real signals show up months before: → Yield curve inverts, then normalizes (that's when damage hits) → Credit spreads blow out → Auto + credit card delinquencies quietly rising By the time it's on the news, the trade is over.

I sold everything I had. Every coin I owned is gone. I'm completely out of the cryptocurrency market. I can't take it anymore. Aggressive dumping, constant manipulation, everything is so intense. This game is rigged. Lost $20k+ trying to buy dips, thinking the market would bounce. It didn’t. Every move I made, catching knives, doubling down on memes like Fartcoin, ended the same way. Down 90-95%, then panic selling at the bottom. Tried to leverage to claw back. Made $15k, thought I could run it back up again. Now I’m staring at liquidation, watching my last penny slip away. Just accepting reality. To all the friends I've made along the way, thank you for being part of the journey. Best of luck to those still in the trenches.

FUCK man, this is actually breaking me. I went all in because I truly believed my read was right. Now I’m watching years of grinding, stress, sleepless nights and everything I built get wiped out in real time. If $BTC loses 75k, I’m probably finished. Yesterday I felt untouchable. Today I can barely look away from the chart. I keep refreshing like something is going to save me, but the truth is I let one trade get big enough to decide my life. Knowing I did this to myself because I got greedy and started thinking I couldn’t lose... that’s what hurts most.

The 1970s inflation chart overlaid with today has a 0.93 correlation. We’re at the exact point where the 70s got a second wave. April 2026 CPI: 3.78% still elevated, trending back up. Nobody’s pricing in a second spike. The 70s crowd didn’t either.
