We released a full report on the Batch amendment issue from last week. The bug revolved around the signature validation logic of the Batch amendment. It was caught before the amendment was activated by the autonomous AI agent Apex at @cantinaxyz. Thank you to all validators and community members for the collaboration and swift response. In 2026, the focus expands to a more distributed model with new pathways for founders to access funding, technical support, and venture networks. This includes new programs, community-led funding mechanisms, expanded accelerator opportunities, regional ecosystem hubs, growing venture participation, and continued support from independent ecosystem organizations.

A fix is underway and undergoing additional validation before being included in a new XRP software update. Right now we are preparing a release to formally deprecate the current Batch amendments. Reminder: the XRP Ledger is not affected and is safe.

We received a report through our Bug Bounty program for the Batch amendment. The XRP Ledger is not affected and is safe. Validators are advised to veto Batch while we review the report submitted by the community. Thanks to everyone for collaborating on this effort. More information to follow up soon.
