Also rookie QB2 who most likely play this year who will target the best TE before anybody when Beck does play this season. AZ will also run the ball more to justify Love's draft status and pay.

This is a weird tweet. What are you talking about? Brissett is shocking and is currently complaining about money. Minshew is poor. There’s plenty of rational for it. Their QB room is awful. Carson Beck is accurate, is very good pre snap and is comfortable going through his reads. These are all things that translate to being a NFL quarterback. You don’t have to be a 1st round draft pick to succeed in the NFL.

Generationally bad Draft Pick. How the hell does a rebuilding team just willing light the 65th pick on fire? There's only 32 GM jobs in the world and we'd all love to have it... How this happens just blows my mind.

Here’s some thoughts I have on the Cardinals after the draft… Taking Jeremiyah Love at #3 feels like the obvious pick for them: he’s the best prospect in this draft class. Explosive, big play ability, legit receiving upside, and he’s an absolute monster after contact. 4th all time in yards after contact since 2017, only behind Jeanty, Etienne, and Bijan Robinson. He gets an Elite+ tier grade with a 92.5 on his @EIG_PlayerCard. Best of the ENTIRE draft class. He pairs really well with Allgeier’s downhill style to create a strong complementary backfield. High ceiling for sure, even if Allgeier limits his early workhorse touches. The real head scratcher is taking Carson Beck in the 3rd round. Feels like a bit of a reach. They probably could’ve gotten him later in the draft. Big, strong, confident pocket presence, has played in some big games. With the Brissett contract drama, does he even have a real shot at Week 1 reps?

It’s a big story and worth covering, but not in this way.
