Also, laughable that some are suggesting that AG going to the QEll is taking away a clash the sport needs ie Sheza Alibi. Slipper Day showed that the sport is doing just fine ie top shelf racing. This weekend, we've got Aeliana vs Dubai Honour in the Tancred, Ohope Wins vs Panova in the Vinery, a ripping Australian Cup, weekend after we've got The Championships where we'll see Sheza Alibi vs Autumn Boy in the Doncaster, an all time TJ Smith, followed a week later by Sydney's version of the Cox Plate, which will assemble a red hot field, featuring (potentially) the best horse we will see in our life time. Can we just appreciate how good the racing is and will be over the next few weeks ffs

@tricoloursR Best day of racing in Australia. Terrific crowd on track - very good vibe (I was there too with friends from interstate who had a great time). Onward and upward for Rosehill! The naysayers can keep marching up and down on their negative little patches of social media dirt.

Were you actually there? I had a runner in the first. Arrived 1 hour prior. Car park full. I had to park on the street behind Rydges at 11:30am. Place was absolutely heaving. It was packed. This is such an odd take 🤷‍♂️
