I then replied and said that it isnt good enough to them then to offer the 17 jan. i have funds in my account which i cant access and ongoing bets. After several emails they still refuse to fix the issue sooner. There phone are also down and have bern for days. This isnt good

@Betfred so on the 2nd of January betfred suspended my betting account because of increased activity. They had called me once on that day which i missed. They sent an email and i replied straight away. They said theyd need to discuss my account gave me another date of the 14 Jan
