@AvantiWestCoast how can it be possible that I turn up at Euston and my booked train doesn't exist?! There was no 09.02 that I booked weeks ago. Nobody knew why. Unbelievable

@LycamobileUK how can you change network without informing your customers?! I've had little or no network connection this week and now find out via MSE that you have swapped to EE! I called twice on Monday and after waiting ages wasn't even told then. Appalling & will move asap

@BBCr4today please get your stories straight. 1st report I heard of the royal dispute declared one had grabbed the other by the collar: the next time it was by the neck. Two very different stories. I care not a jot what that lot get up to - but you need to be consistent.
