@GregorysCoffee hi I ordered coffee yesterday before work for pick up on the app. When I got there there was a long wait before the worker told us the printer wasn’t working and he said it’d be another 15 minutes and by that time I’d be late to work.

Starbucks woes continue.... - Same-store sales declined for the 3rd quarter in a row - this quarter was a 6% decline. - Management reported that there was a "pronounced" decline in traffic. - Net revenues decreased 3% in North America. - management suspended financial guidance for 2025. It's not that difficult to see why - have you been into a new Starbucks store? Feels cold and industrial - and may stores don't have any outlets as they want you in and out of their store.
