@GregorysCoffee hi I ordered coffee yesterday before work for pick up on the app. When I got there there was a long wait before the worker told us the printer wasn’t working and he said it’d be another 15 minutes and by that time I’d be late to work.
@NicelyProduced Hey Bob, Greg here, hope you’re well. Our double espresso is not $8, there must be an error we can fix for you. Also if you let us know which locaiton we can look into the espresso being pulled to ensure it is up to standard.
@TeamHerrold It has taken nearly 35 years, but the pendulum is now swinging in the other direction.

Starbucks woes continue....
- Same-store sales declined for the 3rd quarter in a row - this quarter was a 6% decline.
- Management reported that there was a "pronounced" decline in traffic.
- Net revenues decreased 3% in North America.
- management suspended financial guidance for 2025.
It's not that difficult to see why - have you been into a new Starbucks store? Feels cold and industrial - and may stores don't have any outlets as they want you in and out of their store.
