@FitbafocusFC The main thing is that we stick to the same style to keep the crowds and value in squad that JBA brought. Possanzini also similar to JBA in the fact he has been assistant at elite level clubs.

Possanzini with a bit more luck could have been managing in Serie A just now. Mantova had flaws, especially OOP,but he showed enough to suggest he’s got progressive ideas & a modern understanding of the game. Feels like he’d have a lot to offer in the right setup

@Motherwell_Lad Jens won promotion in lower European leagues and top flight in the Faroes. Guys like Possanzini been at big clubs similar to Jens. Some riskier than others on the list. For me I think we underplay the level that German 2/3 tier is at, I’d imagine Strobl/Kniat maybe out of budget.

Thomas Pedersen (40) - Brattvåg IL
Managing in Norway’s 3rd tier, a risk due to the level of football. However, the football he has his team playing is phenomenal (see videos) and are huge overachievers in the division. He will be managing at a much higher level soon.

Hervé Della Maggiore (53) - Orléans
From the French 3rd Tier, achieved great success at Villefrqnche Beaujolais and now impressing with Orléans. Employs a similar lop-sided approach to JBA, crowding the right to unlock the LB in 1v1 situations.
