@greigbertram It’s Wegovy I’m on. I was fortunate enough to get a referral with the NHS via “Oviva” (google it and it should come up), so I’m not paying for it. Think I qualified due to the weight, hypertension (which I no longer have), and arthritis I have in my knee.

A year today since I started a weight loss programme. GLP-1 drugs have got a lot of bad press, but it’s important to say they gave me the opportunity to make the lifestyle changes I needed, and I won’t look back. I’m grateful. Modern science is wonderful. March 25 v March 26:

@EnolaJon yeh mate just, was the comfiest thing ever been on travel wise. topped at about 307 kmph. felt like was going downhill all the way to Tangier. worth it for about a tenner!

Say it every time I go on it, but the Eurostar (well train travel in general really) really is the civilised way to travel compared to air travel.
