I hoping to get some input from everyone here 🥰. This picture has every pitcher56 release that I know of except one. Apparently in 2002 there was a self-titled mini-album released on Ostrich Records but there is no real trace of it anywhere. 1/2

@melt1378759 @Pervenche1995 I was a gear geek before I started posting CDs!😝 The witch hats and the mustang saddle are a great combo! I have a 2020 American Original but I installed a Staytrem bridge on it. I am not in love with the pickups on mine 🫤

@gretschie99 @Pervenche1995 That’s such a geeky detail—I love it! I hadn’t paid much attention to the knobs, but now I might start bragging about them :) Mine’s a 2024 American Professional II. It has Mustang-style saddles, so no string slipping.

to mountain, flyingbird (pervenche/h-shallows), bergamot romance, menow 最高すぎる夜でした。山田くんの歌が伸びやかになってきて嬉しい。flyingbirdのミキちゃんのパーカッションは人力なのにビンテージリズムボックスの様。menowは深化が止まらず、途中でちょっと泣いた。

@gretschie99 There is a 3rd cassette from 1999 I have never been able to find a trace of. It's called "Lazy Crazy Days of Summer"

One of my early obsessions, Daichi Koyama remains a complete mystery to me. The music itself is difficult to quantify. To me, there are obvious allusions to bossa-nova and Francis Lai, but also the soundtrack work of Hoyt Curtin and ragtime, as well. 1/2

@Pervenche1995 Pop Japanese Style is a great compilation and Archaic Smile has one of the best songs on it. It was my introduction!
