Traveling feels so helpless, even after paying so much for it
This is the state of my luggage at BLR airport.
1. Missing Baggage Tag
2. Totally dismantled bag. Unusable at all.
Pathetic service by the @AirIndiaX
No support from airline staff. @DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI
And classifying it under regular wear and tear was a 100% mis interpretation and is shameful. This deserves an apology.
This was a pathetic experience with the @AirIndiaX support team.
Thanks for all the pressure from the @MoCA_GoI team, thankful and grateful.
AirIndia Express should have accepted it in the first place, instead of humiliating the incident with long and FALSE justifications. It was DEFINITELY NOT normal wear and tear.
This level of total damage and dilapidation of customer luggage is unacceptable.
@AirIndiaX Just to reiterate,
we had finalised on the voucher on 30th Dec 2025. But no action was taken. I understand the year end leaves.
Again you asked for 3 days time on 4th Jan 2026, again no action.
Why is the delay?

@AirIndiaX I hope your team is reviewing the case with sanity and will provide appropriate response. Categorising this destruction in “normal wear and tear” is absolutely insanity.

@AirIndiaX Its been over 2 days, and there is no response ok this issue. I was assured proper reply within 24 hours.
