@LasFar Only point I heavily disagree with is one way smokes, they were the worst. It became a minigame about who can find the most degenerate one way smokes. It took almost no actual skill and I'm glad they got rid of them

CSGO was simpler. bhop was peak. one way smokes was better. you could hear footsteps. black actually looked black. gunplay was snappier. sprays felt better. mouse input was more responsive. the game just had more soul. cs2 looks better though. honestly miss everything else.

@COFFINSLIME to offer a discussion point: what is the difference between escaping via the exit gate and escaping via the killer abandoning at the end of the game? are the 15 seconds spent opening the gate such an incredibly vital part of of DBD you cannot live with out? i dont get it.

all the replies to this are proving the exact reason why this would be such a bad idea btw if a big ‘abandon’ button pops up the second the gens are done, as a survivor good luck ever experiencing leaving via the exit gates again because players are just gonna rage quit for free

@MacMate_ @NaToSaphiX Yeah if people want to learn they gotta test it themselves. There's even a console command you can use in your own prac server that highlights where you will and won't take damage/die
