Like I’ve said before, if there’s one player we should be targeting from Newcastle, it’s Lewis Hall. Ideally, Newcastle won’t sell both Hall and Tonali to United.
Hall has the higher ceiling, in my opinion, and he’s the one the club should be prepared to spend big money on.

@ediological More about the way Carrick plays. It’s not 2 midfielders like Amorim’s time. It’s not just runners and breaking play now. It’s people that can play ball! Read the game, intercept, win the ball, tackle and progress. Then also add some creativity and goals in there.

If he’s on the list or not, it’s fair game for me. M. Fernandes is my preference after Anderson of cos but City is getting Anderson so it’s Fernandes for me. Add another quality MF and I’m okay. I particularly don’t like Baleba.
Newcastle will still stress United for Hall of it’s going to happen. I’ll take Cucurella over Hall if he’s available
