In order to receive public benefits you must pass a SAVE check, in which your social security number is run through the federal USCIS database. If it cannot be verified you do not receive benefits. Try learning before speaking sometime.

Save for direct & local community action, every kind of charitable org applies for & receives some kind of federal assistance to operate.

Is there some kind of broader non-political appeal that you can make? Ask houses of worship or restaurants & appeal for increased donations? I've seen some mini-libraries turn into mini food shelves ...?

I work in public assistance specializing in emergency assistance for evictions and landlords will routinely refuse to communicate with the county government until after a writ is filed, then throw their hands up and go ‘oops nothing we can do now ☺️’ while tenants become homeless

You don't hate landlords - you hate the consequences of a housing shortage caused by restrictive planning rules. You don't hate freeholders - you hate the consequences of building cost inflation, disproportionate fire safety rules, and having to make major decisions about your home with complete strangers.
