I’m curious. If you’re in the Howe out camp and the club come out that they’re committing to him for next season. How exactly are you going to approach the next few months as a Newcastle United supporter? #NUFC

@AlCraig90 @motleytoon1 Yeah that’s true there is, I just think there’s deep lying issues and the players (especially the key ones) don’t look happy do they? We look so very poor,we can’t break teams down and don’t create chances. I’m not looking forward to more of this and his faves keep getting games

@johnc_DCS @motleytoon1 Point taken John, but we’re on a slide and sometimes you do have to change things to halt that slide or that staleness. I’ve just lost all faith in him turning it around mate. It’s sad saying it, but that’s where I’m at with it 😔

@grittyboy11 @motleytoon1 West Ham, Moyes won them a European Trophy but they hounded him, out of the club. Spurs repeatedly changed their manager and only escaped by the skin of their teeth. After Sir Bobby and what happened to us, when he made a slow start to a season. Be careful for what you wish for!

@AlCraig90 @motleytoon1 I was just sat here thinking about it and I honestly dread the thought of a new 38 game season as it stands, watching the other lot play European games and let’s be honest - will probably go far in it, as English sides will keep winning the EL given the level of competition!

@grittyboy11 @motleytoon1 Now I’m very flat but let’s not forget how bad the Bruce days were. I reached a point where I didn’t even know what day we were playing let alone who we were playing against I lost interest so much. I’m very much Howe out, but don’t forget how bad it used to be

@grittyboy11 @motleytoon1 Revisionist history. Expectations we're different but it was way worse in Bruce days. Fans singing section was better, away days were better but the product wasn't. It's not been good this season, but with CL, a cup win and real vision for the future, this feels like a gut punch

@grittyboy11 It's depressing, there's teams come up here and you know you're going to have to be at your best to beat them, likes of Villa etc, we roll up and get our tummies tickled...

Now it's settled a little, my biggest gripe, that really doesn't sit right with me, we're so easy to beat... If you play against a top team, you have to really fight for a result, like you know you've been in a game. We're simply not a good team, we're miles off. #nufc
