@TriskaldeH Thank you Triskal! And thanks to you and Jack for sharing it, I hope it helps some games teams.

@Steve_Bromley Cheers Steve. Here's page 2 where the rationale is made for why I choose to focus on the 'team experience' rather than (or in addition to) the 'player experience'. The castle metaphor is not mine, you'll have to ask @Pejman_MB about that!

Love this extract from @grmcall’s interview. Without a shared understanding of “what are we trying to do and who is it for”, it’s impossible for evaluative research to make meaningful changes.

Is your games team aligned on a common vision? Focusing on the right problem. I explain why I moved career from User Research to Organisational Psychology in an interview with @Pejman_MB and @samanthastahlke for their new book. #gamedevelopment

Unfortunately, I received a rejection from the GDC UX Summit. My proposal was 'Tactics to create time for UX + UR in busy production schedules', which I think is an important topic, based on complaints I hear from studios. Perhaps next year!

I knew I'd like the book Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow from the outset when it said the author 'Lives between Los Angeles and Stardew Valley'. But, in the first chapter it says 'She pressed a 3.25 inch disk into his hand'. In the '90s we had 3.5" and 5.25", but not 3.25" 🤔
