@grohe how I can contact you when I'm very unhappy with warranty service in Slovakia? You technician came to house take out toilet and said that it was probably fitted wrong and refused to do anything. Left us with toiled dismounted. This is not level of service I expect from you

@TrvTom @TrvTom rozumiemy, warto jednak pamiętać, że nawet najlepsza armatura nie lubi silnych lub długotrwale pozostawionych środków. Zalecamy delikatne preparaty i krótkie czyszczenie miękką ściereczką. Jeśli coś budzi wątpliwości, chętnie pomożemy i sprawdzimy, co mogło się wydarzyć.

@grohe I had booked a complaint for a leaky tap, and was told that the spare part (cartridge) costed 2200 Rs, and had zero warranty. Why should an expensive original spare part have zero warranty? Complaint no C25061900755.
