متنازع ٹویٹس کیس میں ایڈووکیٹ ہادی علی چٹھہ کو اسلام آباد کچہری سے اس وجہ سے گرفتار کر لیا گیا کیونکہ وہ آج عدالت طلبی پر دو بجے پیش نہیں ہوئے عدالت نے وارنٹ نکال دئیے پھر وہ اڑھائی بجے پیش ہو گئے لیکن وارنٹ منسوخ نہیں کئے گئے حالانکہ ملزم کی عدالت پیشی پر منسوخ ہو جاتے ہیں کیونکہ یہ ورانٹ صرف عدالت پیشی یقینی بنانے کے لئے ہوتے ہیں حیران کن ہے
