and think that being uncharitable somehow makes me objective when it is just self loathing in disguise. You all did better than you think you did and came through things that were mountains at the time and now are little hills on the horizon line.

with me now and that's kinda beautiful too. Even if it's horrible sometimes. There's no point to this thread really it just makes me well up and feel pride in how far I've come and endless sympathy+ sadness for the boy I was. I am sometimes unkind with how I remember my life..

I started to write something about my longest + worst period of unemployment in 2021 and looked through my photos album from the time to try and get a flavour for what I was experiencing....

I've meditated for around 50 mins a day for four days but fell asleep during my last sit.....

I read half of the Surrender Experiment this morning. I think that I agree that most of my material achievements in life have come outside of my will, sometimes in spite of it.
