@TheVirtueSystem Okok hear me out- Binge read the DSM-V. Like I'm aware that sounds dumb, but the words are so big and it's just so comforting reading everything because it's so long and then it leads to extensive research and ugh, it's one of my many hobbies. You can even write about it. -Myahh
