@offmyownbat Interesting article Saby and I can relate to a lot of that. Personally, I'll use a camera when "meeting" a person for the first time and maybe when asking a question. Have you seen @grouproomio? Provides and interesting compromise. grouproom.io

Despite research, how often do we see managers insist on #videomeetings! It is the usage of camera, not the number or duration of meetings, that causes #zoomfatigue. Consider switching to #walkingmeetings instead. #VirtualReality avatars may also help. hbr.org/2021/10/resear…
