Jeff helped build the foundation for two of independent baseball's most storied franchises in Winnipeg and Fargo-Moorhead. The RedHawks' dynasty teams of the 90s/2000s remain the gold standard, and the industry as a whole wouldn't be where it is today without him. RIP legend.

Took six years, but finally joined the four plate club. Had to be for two reps and had to be wearing the Driveline shirt. Backed it up for another double. Retiring from lifting and need a new hobby.

This Reggie moment has always stood above any of the statistical achievements. At the end of the 2017 championship celebration, Reggie went out of his way to give props to our closer who had a tough finish to the season.

Congrats to Tyler on a phenomenal career. Tore up indy ball and forced his way back to an organization two different times. Grade A person off the field who always played the game hard on it. Excited for his transition into player development.

The Goldeyes and the City of Winnipeg will always be special, and I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for an overwhelmingly positive experience and memories that will last forever. Thank you, Winnipeg. Cheers for another great 30 seasons!

Exciting, but bittersweet news: I have accepted a minor league analyst role with the New York Mets. Unsure of where it will ultimately lead, but it is the right fit at the right time and will allow for significantly more time with family back home.

Almost every pitching coach/instructor I've talked to views HSS as a positive. Will be interesting to see if the correlations are more favourable when factoring in the timing of peak HSS.

Suggesting a negative stride length clears the hips into foot plant, ties into creating more hip/shoulder separation. However, it was surprising to see that HSS had little correlation to ball velocity across the four playing levels.
