It took VRBO 31 days to *begin* the process of issuing a refund for a property that was listed on their platform but did not exist.
As a CXer I can almost guarantee their lack of investment in refining this process is costing them customers, revenue, & quality hosts. #cx

I think this Black Friday/cyber Monday season can be summarized as: constant + inundating. As a consumer, I opted out of countless SMS & email comms.
If this trend continues in 2022, I think one of the strongest standout opps for brands will be experiential
