French beans are always great to look at! But remember keep harvesting young pods to encourage the plant to keep producing. Dwarf beans will crop for a good couple of weeks with regular harvesting while climbing beans will crop twice as long!

Recently harvested calabrese? you can eat the steam! Cut away the outer parts of the stalk, you don’t want to eat those as they tend to be rather bitter! Cut it into chips or thin slices to use in a stir fry or salad, I like to cut them into square-size peas.
